Yes, we offer basic training on how to use the vehicles safely and effectively.

We thoroughly clean, inspect and test our vehicles at the end of every hire alongside ensuring all annual maintenance and services are carried out/ up to date.

Our vehicles are the driving force behind your operations so we know how frustrating it is if one is out of action.  Because of this annual servicing and maintenance, along with cover for any breakdowns or issues during your hire period is included with all hire plans (subject to our terms and conditions). We aim to always get a member of staff on site of a breakdown being reported as soon as possible, and if the problem can’t be solved there and then we will look to provide a replacement vehicle (subject to availability) to keep you going in the meantime where available.

You can cancel your hire at any time, but we ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice so we can make the vehicle available for other customers. If you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation, a cancellation fee will apply.
